Hi! I'm Pat. I'm a Web Developer and Software Engineer based in Brooklyn, NY. Right now, My primary professional focus has been TypeScript React. I'm learning AWS, and this website is part of that! It's a simple architecure using S3 as a static website host. I plan to implement CloudFront caching next, and continue to explore the use of different AWS products as it becomes necessary.

A recent interest of mine has been algorithmic trading. I've begun reading Ernie Chan's "Quantitave Trading" and plan to implement examples from that book in Python. I'm also interested in Python's ML capabilities and plan to explore that as well.
